 Is the work guarantees? 

Yes! we want all our customers to be 100% satistied with our service. If you were to ever have any questions or concerns, we ask you call or email, the office and the office manager will assiat you in taking care of your concern or anwering any cuestions.

What if I am not in home?

We do offer two time slots 8am-noon and noon to 4pm.  If you are unable to be home for a gutter
cleaning that is okay since we will be outside. 
If you have exterior windows that need cleaned and your screens are on
the outside, we kindly ask you to remove them if you can not be home so we can
complete the work.  The only other
request we have is that if you have more 15 windows and we are only cleaning 10
of them that you mark the windows that you DO want cleaned with blue painter’s
tape or a sticky note.  Some customers
leave a photo of their home and mark the windows that they DO want cleaned. 

Can I give clean windows and gutters as a gift?

Yes! We sell gift certificates that we can email you and you can print at your convenience. Who wouldn’t want their windows cleaned for birthday, holiday, annyversary or a special surprise?   😊

    Can I pay online?

Yes, you may pay online using any credit o debit card.  Checks are also accepted at the time of the service.

Are there any hidden fees?

No! We are very transparent with our pricing.
